About The Wine: This exuberant white wine is named Solosole ("just sunshine" in Italian) because only the sun is allowed to influence the grapes' aromas. About The Wine: French Bloom Le Blanc is a perfect mix of style and new ideas in the world of alcohol-free, organic sparkling wine. It brings together fresh acidity and smooth depth, much like a French Chardonnay. You'll notice soft pear and green apple flavours, followed by floral notes and zesty citrus. The fine bubbles make it lively and refreshing from start to finish.

About The Wine: Grapes were hand-harvested at night into shallow bins and then cooled down to 50°F to preserve the fruit's fresh avors and natural acidity. The grapes were whole-cluster pressed and the cool, clear golden- green, free-run juice settled naturally for a few days before heading to French oak barrels for fermentation. The Cutrer is 100% barrel- fermented and aged ve months sur-lies. The barrels were stirred and topped weekly. After aging in the newer French oak barrels for ve months, the wine was racked to blend and placed into three-year-old French oak barrels for another eight months of maturation. The wine was then bottled and allowed to bottle-age before release.
Tasting Notes: This wine is richly textured with a lovely mid-palate creamy richness and bright acidity that leads to a nish with a long richness of flavor. There are complex aromas of caramel, roasted nuts, honey, pear, peach, nectarine, and honeydew melon accented with nougat, brown sugar, baking spice, light caramel, and red apple. Flavors of peach, apple, and crème brulee are accented with hints of butterscotch, caramel, warm pie crust, and baked apple with touches of light vanilla and oak spice.

About The Wine: Santa Margherita was the rst company to vinify pink Pinot Grigio grapes as a white wine. In this process, the must does not remain in contact with the skins, from which it would otherwise take on the rusty color. Following a soft pressing, the must ferments for 10-15 days at 18 °C (64°). Once the fermentation is over, the wine is stored at a controlled temperature of 15 - 16 °C (59-61 °F) in stainless steel tanks until it is time to bottle.
Tasting Notes: Its clean, intense aroma and bone-dry taste (with an appealing flavor of Golden Delicious apples) make Santa Margherita's Pinot Grigio a wine of great personality and versatility.

About The Wine: The high altitudes of the Veeder Summit vineyard takes advantage of the cooling influences of the San Francisco Bay with cooler daytime temperatures than the valley floor and warmer nights as the cooler air sinks to the lower elevations A core of 19 blocks from the estate vineyard comprises this proprietary Cabernet Sauvignon blend. Each varietal in the blend has been matched to a specific vineyard block resulting in a wine that exemplifies the best expression of the Mount Veeder.
Tasting Notes: The Malbec brings notes of blueberry, black licorice and chocolate, while the Syrah and Cabernet feature red fruits alongside black currant and wild raspberry. A bit of oak spice, vanilla and clove wander in the background. The tannins here are soft and very approachable

About The Wine: A "classic" of our production, this Brunello di Montalcino is obtained with clones of Sangiovese selected after 20 years of research on this unique grape and is aged in French oak barrels of 350 lt as well as in 60-120 hl Slavonian barrels. The most aristocratic combination of Montalcino tradition with winemaking modernity.
Tasting Notes: Ethereal, wide, light vanilla bouquet. Full, soft, velvety and intense, with sensations of liquorice, spices and light goudron note.

Tasting Notes: Deliciously smooth, with rich dried fruits and sherry, balanced with woodsmoke and spice. Described by F Paul Pacult, the renowned international whisky writer, in his book Kindred Spirits as 'simply the best 12 Year Old single malt around.

Tasting Notes: As with the nose, you might be surprised if you're expecting traditional Scotch notes. This single malt has the zest of a ginger beer, and a definite sense of red wine (and sherry). It's round, fruity and dark, as if you're drinking a fruit-forward California cabernet. The finish is gentle, and brought to mind one of those milk chocolate oranges you sometimes get in your stocking at the holidays: Creamy, sweet and chocolatey, with just a hint of citrus.

Tasting Notes: There's a reason this was and is considered a luxury bottle. The blend is smooth, leans into the highland category but carries enough smoke from a heathery campfire to coat the mouth and build new flavors. If not a perfect sip, it's one of the top three blended scotches I've ever had (and in transparency, the other two are also Johnnie Walkers but for different reasons). Consider this a must-buy for special occasions.

Tasting Notes: The finish on this lasts forever. To me this is a somewhat sweet blend, but I think that's just where it should be lots of honey and honey malt, stone fruits, and enough smoke to represent the blends inside without being a distraction. I'm a proof hound and still enjoy a Johnnie Walker Black neat once in awhile a great example of how low proof doesn't mean low taste when it comes to Scotch whisky.

Tasting Notes: Those rich, dark bourbon flavors are what really got me interested in exploring spirits in the first place. For a scotch, though, Glenfiddich seems to have a proclivity towards those rich, dark flavors - and the bottle we're reviewing today should be especially bourbon-ish, since it was aged in bourbon barrels.

There is an enjoyable amount of smoothness and creaminess on the finish that keeps the peppery spice from being too hard to drink.
